Constance Marie

Constance Constance Marie Lopez was born on September 9 on the 9th of September, 1965. She is an American actress. She is most famous for her role in the film Selena as Angie Lopez in George Lopez (2002-2007) as well as Marcela Quintanilla (mother of Selena) in the film Selena (1997). She was Regina Vasquez's character in the ABC Family/Freeform drama series Switched at Birth (2011-17). She is currently on Camila Diaz in the lead character in the Amazon Prime Video drama series Undone (1999). Marie started her acting career in her teens. In 1988, she got her first role in Salsa. Other credits on film and television include Early Edition, Dirty Dancing, Selena, Spin City, and Ally McBeal. Marie was selected to play the role Angie Lopez on the ABC comedy series George Lopez. In 2001, Marie starred in the comedy-drama film Tortilla Soup alongside Hector Elizondo, Jacqueline Obradors, and Elizabeth Pena. She also appeared in the PBS drama series American Family. She launched her clothing line "The Constance Marie" in October 2007. [2] She was also included in an ad campaign by PETA that urged people to spay or neuter their pets. [3] Marie played the lead role in Switched at Birth on ABC Family/Freeform from 2011 until 2017. She was Regina Vasquez (the birth mother of one baby and the legal mother of the other).
